Safety is the responsibility of every officer, director, manager, supervisor and employee to make sure that safety procedures are implemented within the organization. Emphasis will be placed on the following key points to accomplish the safety objectives.

Management shall have the authority and responsibility of maintaining a safe work environment and will actively participate in implementing and maintaining the loss prevention program.

Supervisors will be assigned the responsibility and accountability for safe practices, equipment, materials, housekeeping and working conditions within their area of control.

Accident prevention principles will be incorporated in new-employee orientation training and be a major topic of all on-going regular programs for all employees.

All employees hold the responsibility of making safety a daily concern. This responsibility must be accepted by everyone, regardless, of their position in the organization.
